Heaven combines the luxurious richness of the seventeenth and eighteenth century Baroque with the enchanting warmth inherent in a canopy bed.  It is at once as charming as a seventeenth century miniature stage, sustaining the whimsical promise of a dream; and as dramatic in aspect, with its opulent embroidered silks, and its flaming mounts.  This four-poster bed is crafted of solid mahogany with a rich gloss finish; the lush pillows and drapes are delicately lined and tasseled, with ribbon accents, using a combination of silk and velvet; the fiery mounts are all cast in solid bronze and gilt in twenty-four karat gold.  Reminiscent of an age of expansive palaces and drafty castles, Heaven is a sensational little bedchamber for ones beloved pet.
