LcV is a full service architectural and interior design firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles.

 

With over 25 years of unparalleled experience, Laureen Vivian brings visionary excellence to all projects ranging from 500 to 100,000 square feet, from new contruction to remodels and from historic properties to modern projects.

 

LcV collaborates with a large range of manufacturers and has developed strong relationships with highly skilled master artisans and artists. The firm works hand in hand with these talented individuals, studios and craftspeople to create truly original, creative and customized design for our clients.


The firm's portfolio includes luxurious commercial festive halls, restaurants, fine retail,

out-standing residential penthouses and townhouses, private houses and estates, art galleries, and a museum. In addition to the variety of projects on both coasts of the United States, Ms. Vivian has extensive experience in Europe.

 

As the co-founder of the Michail Lombardo Gallery in New York City, Laureen Vivian brings a substantial foundation in fine arts to each project.  The gallery shows ranged from Old Masters to Contemporary Artists. Sculpture combined with selected European antiques are also featured. 

 

With many years as an architect at the renown firm of Pei Cobb Freed and Partners and over 20 years in private practice, LcV delivers a diverse range of styles, creativity, extensive technological understanding  and innovation to each project. 

Recently, Laureen Vivian worked with the firm of LM Design Group on expansive villas and luxurious penthouses in Russia. These projects demanded highly customized design and superlative quality.

 

LcV works with each client to produce the finest quality within the client's budget. Establishing lasting relationships with our clients and assisting them in realizing their dreams is our goal.
