Renovation of art deco/modern retail store, workshop and façade. New façade sign and marque. Art deco pressed tin friezes used throughout, specialty wall finishes, stained and buffed concrete floors, reclaimed and incorporated spectacular antique wooden 12 foot doors with beveled glass from Argentina, antique hardware, vintage shell sconces, gallery hanging system and specialty wire suspended par track lighting. 2 renovated bathrooms, workroom, conference room and upstairs apartment/studio. Complete redesign and renovation of unique 4000 s/f triplex penthouse apartment. Design included, sculptural curvilinear structural steel staircase, extensive large-scale limestone floors, bold hand-carved antique marble thresholds and casing, fireplace, custom Clive Christian kitchen, five baths in highly detailed onyx & marble baths, custom woodwork, leather office floors, reclaimed & antiqued stunning doors & reclaimed & restored rare mythical dolphin hardware throughout. Dramatic floor to ceiling black & gold marble master bath with spectacular 3D artwall which hides fire door.
