The Sleigh

 Inspired by the elegant neoclassical styles of the nineteenth century.  As at home in the Regency interiors of a Jane Austin novel as in Biedermeier furnished domiciles of Vienna’s Waltz dancing society; this elegant petite lit embodies the poise of the Empire style that flourished in Madame Recamier’s Paris.  The characteristic revival of the forms and motifs of classical antiquity are here expressed in the gracefully curved sideboards, resembling those of Roman couches.    The Sleigh is an ideal choice for anyone who admires the noble simplicity of neoclassical design.
