Complete reconstruction/renovation of 3rd floor landmarked Queen Anne building.  All new large scale marble floors- done without joints & designed as large-scale carpet-like mosaic. Antique & restored lighting fixtures. New powder room and art storage vault.  Project included all new electricals, concealed split system forced air-conditioning unit, art hanging system & minimalist track lighting system, coved artisan plaster ceiling, crown moldings, salvaged & restored bronze beveled glass entry door, recessed in-floor up lighting, 9 ft salvaged   & reconditioned antique mahagony doors & Victorian red bronze “Colombian” hardware throughout. New awnings, bronze logo & signage. Landmarks Preservation Approval. Approx. 1800 s/f

Renovation of art deco/modern retail store, workshop and façade. New façade sign and marque. Art deco pressed tin friezes used throughout, specialty wall finishes, stained and buffed  concrete floors, reclaimed and incorporated spectacular antique wooden 12 foot doors with beveled glass from Argentina, antique hardware, vintage shell sconces, gallery hanging system and specialty wire suspended par track lighting.  2 renovated bathrooms, workroom, conference room and upstairs apartment/studio.  California Redevelopment Agency grant application. Upgraded electrical and plumbing and brought to code.    Approx. 2,500 s/f

Complete redesign and renovation  of unique 4000 s/f triplex penthouse apartment.  Design included, sculptural curvilinear structural steel staircase, extensive large-scale limestone floors, bold hand-carved antique marble thresholds and casing, fireplace, custom Clive Christian kitchen, five baths in highly detailed onyx & marble baths, custom woodwork, leather office floors, reclaimed & antiqued stunning doors & reclaimed & restored rare mythical dolphin hardware throughout. Dramatic floor to ceiling black & gold marble master bath with spectacular 3D artwall which hides fire door.
